We will call every real estate photographer in the country to 10X our revenue this year!

Our AI saves real estate photographers time and money and your job will be sharing the good news and getting them on board.

You will train with and learn under the best sales leaders in the industry who have a track record of building top tier sales processes and multiplying revenue.

Responsibilities

Learn our 2 call close scripts

Practice, practice, practice, and perfect the craft of delivering the scripted calls.

Call 1 is setting the demo, call 2 is giving the demo and closing.

Learn from feedback, role-play, and continuously improve to optimize your set rate and close rate.

Tactically handle objections and show users how they can save time, money, and scale their business with our first ever AI editor.

Our office is in Downtown Austin at capital factory. The role is in person.

40+ hour work week, calling and hosting demos every hour of the day where users are available.

The rest of your time will be spent studying and practicing scripts/calls to improve KPIs.

Mission

This year is a sprint for us to be the #1 player and capitalize on our leading position in AI editing.

We are the first mover - and this industry is going to fully adopt AI editing this year...

It's just a question of who they will use.

We currently edit 5% of all US real estate listings and aim to edit all real estate photos on the internet.

You will help us go from 5% to 25% this year.

Growth Potential

We've hired a legendary sales manager from aryeo.com who built their outbound before selling to Zillow for $35M in under a year.

He's building our process and there is a massive opportunity to capitalize on this new technology with large commissions if you work hard.

You will work directly with our Sales Manager and CEO as one of 2 initial sales rep hires.

Compensation

$36,000 Base Salary

100% of the first-month MRR on every new subscription you close

150% payout on any MRR booked after you reach 110% of monthly quota and 200% payout after 150% of quota (uncapped)

$139,000 OTE at 100% of quota

Office includes access to on-site gym, food, drinks, and cold brew.
